What Happens to Someone's Notes When Their Account Is Disabled?

How disabling a user account affects access to notes and recaps in Fellow

When a member's account is disabled, their notes and recaps are not deleted. Here's how access works for everyone involved.

For other workspace members

Anyone who was a part of the same meetings can still view and edit the notes as normal. The notes are also searchable using the search function in Fellow.

For the disabled user

The member whose account has been disabled will lose access to their entire Fellow account, including their notes and recaps, until their account is re-enabled.

Re-enabling users

If you need to re-enable a user's account or have questions about managing users, check out this article or click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen and the Fellow team will be happy to help.
