Import previously recorded meetings into Fellow for a full recap.

Updated over a week ago

Fellow can generate AI meeting notes, transcripts, and recaps from any audio or video file - even if Fellow wasn't present in the meeting. Just upload your recording and Fellow takes care of the rest.

When you upload a file, you'll get:

  • An AI-generated transcript, recap, and action items

  • Automatic speaker detection (just like live meetings)

  • The option to link your recording to a calendar event and channel in your library

  • Full searchability through Ask Fellow

How to upload a recording

There are two places where you can upload your recordings:

  1. From the Library on the left-hand sidebar

  2. From the red microphone option in the bottom left-hand corner

From there:

  1. Drag and drop your file onto the page or click Choose a file to browse your computer

  2. Select your file

  3. Choose the language of your recap

    1. Optionally, you can add the recording to a channel and/or tie it to a meeting in your calendar

  4. Click Submit

  5. Allow the upload to process and the recap to generate (visible in the Uploads tab in your Library)

  6. You can now access your recap within the Library or Fellow note (if you chose to associate it with a meeting)

Supported file types

Fellow supports the following audio and video formats:

  • Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV

  • Video: MP4
