The No Agenda Reminder & Cancellation automation helps you protect your time by automatically prompting attendees to add an agenda or cancelling the meeting entirely if none is added. Any meeting attendee can set this up, but it's especially powerful for meeting organizers who want to keep their calendar free of unproductive time.

How to Access No Agenda Automation

  1. Open the meeting series you'd like to configure.

  2. Click the three dot menu () on your meeting note, click on Settings > Automations

  3. Find No Agenda Reminder & Cancellation and click the toggle to turn it on, or click Configure to set it up with custom settings.

Configuring Your Settings

Once enabled, you can choose what happens when a meeting has no agenda:

  1. Send a reminder: Notifies attendees and displays a banner encouraging them to either add an agenda or cancel the event themselves.

  2. Automatically cancel the event: If no agenda is added, Fellow will cancel the meeting on your behalf without any manual action needed.

  3. After selecting your preferred option, click Save.

You can update these settings at any time by returning to the three dot menu (⋮) > Automations and clicking Configure next to No Agenda Reminder & Cancellation.
