Attendee names are pre-populated in the recipient list. You can add or remove anyone - useful for sending notes to external attendees or people who didn't attend. If the meeting was recorded, you can customize recap visibility from the bottom of the modal.
Send via Slack, Microsoft Teams or Zoom
Select a public or private channel or a specific user to send notes to. When searching, do not include @ or # in your query. You can also choose to include the AI summary by checking the box in the bottom left corner of the modal.
For Zoom, connect the Zoom chatbot first to enable this option. Once connected, notes can also be sent via meeting automations.

Send to Zapier, HubSpot, or Salesforce
These options require a one-time setup before use:
Zapier: set up a Zap in Zapier first, then select Send note via Zapier from the send options. Learn more about Fellow's Zapier integration.
HubSpot or Salesforce: connect the integration in your settings, then select the Contact, Company, or Deal to attach the notes to. Notes can also be set to send automatically three hours after the meeting ends and can include the AI recap. Learn more about Fellow's integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce.
Export as Google Doc, to Notion, or Confluence
All three export options follow the same process:
Connect the integration in User Settings (Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence).
Open the note you'd like to export and click the paper plane icon.
Select the export destination.
Review the document name - by default it will be [Fellow] followed by the note name - and customize if needed.
Click Export.
Note: For Google Docs, Fellow will only create new documents and cannot view or edit any of your existing content.

Share a public "view-only" link
Generate a public link to share a live, view-only version of a meeting note with people who aren't invited to the meeting - no Fellow account required. This is useful for Sales calls, town halls, or large committee meetings where you want to keep external attendees informed without giving them full workspace access.
