If your team uses Notion as an internal wiki or knowledge base, you can keep everything in sync by exporting your Fellow meeting notes directly to Notion. Once the integration is connected, you can send any meeting note to a Notion page or database in just a few clicks.
Setting Up the Integration
Follow these steps to connect your Notion workspace to Fellow:
Navigate to User Settings โ Apps & Integrations. Scroll down to the Automation section and locate the Notion card.
Click the three dots (โฎ) in the upper right corner of the Notion card and select Connect.
Choose the Notion workspace you want to connect with Fellow, then click Select pages.
Select the Notion pages you want Fellow to be able to export notes to, these will be the destinations where your meeting notes are sent. Click Allow access to confirm.
A confirmation notification will appear at the bottom of your screen, letting you know the integration has been successfully connected.
Exporting a Note to Notion
Once the integration is set up, you can export any meeting note to Notion:
Open the meeting note you want to export.
Click the Share button at the top of the note and make sure you are toggled to the send tab
Select Export to Notion
Choose the parent page or Notion database where you'd like the note to be sent.
If you want to include your private notes in the export, check the Include private notes box
Click Export
A confirmation window will appear once the export is complete. Your notes will then be visible in your selected Notion page or database.
Note: Private notes are only visible to you in Fellow. If you choose to include them in your export, they will become visible to anyone with access to the destination Notion page.
