If your team uses Confluence as an internal wiki or knowledge base, you can connect it to Fellow and export your meeting notes directly to any Confluence space. This keeps your documentation centralized and saves you from manually moving information between tools.
How to Connect Confluence
Go to User Settings โ Apps & Integrations. Scroll down to the Automation section and locate the Confluence card.
Click the three dots (โฎ) in the upper right corner of the Confluence card and select Connect.
You'll be prompted to authorize Fellow to access your Confluence account. Under Authorize for, select the Confluence account you'd like to send your notes to from the dropdown.
Once authorized, the Confluence card will show as Connected in your Apps & Integrations settings.
How to Export a Note to Confluence
Once the integration is connected, you can export any meeting note to Confluence in just a few steps.
Open the meeting note you'd like to export.
Click the Send notes button at the top of the note.
Select Export to Confluence.
Edit the note title if needed, then choose a Confluence space from the dropdown. You can also specify a parent page, this is optional.
If you'd like to include the AI recap in your export, check the box to include it.
Click Export.
Once the export is complete, a confirmation window will appear letting you know it was successful. Your notes will then be available in the Confluence space you selected.
