Fellow gives you several ways to save or share a copy of your meeting notes. Whether you want a Word Doc to edit further, a copy sent directly to your inbox or a tool your team already uses. This article walks through each option.

Export to Word Docs

There is the option to export the entire meeting to Word Docs.

  1. Open the meeting note you want to export

  2. Click the triple-dot menu at the top right corner of the note

Send Notes

  1. Open the meeting note you want to send

  2. Click the Share button in the top right corner of the note

3. Choose where you'd like to send the notes: email, Slack, MS Teams or Notion.

Sending via Slack: You can send to a public channel, a private channel, or as a direct message via the Fellow bot.

Sending via Notion: Select the destination page where you'd like the notes to be sent, then click Export.

Sending via email: The recipient list will automatically populate with the meeting attendees. To send the notes only to yourself, click the Γ— next to each attendee name to remove them from the list before sending.
