Keeping your recording library organized is easy with Fellow. You can delete individual recordings at any time, or ask your workspace Administrator to configure automatic deletion for your entire workspace.

Note: deletions are permanent and once content has been deleted there is no way to recover it.

How to delete a single recording

  1. Click on the recording in the meeting note or the Recording library.

  2. Click the three-dot menu on the recording.

  3. Click Delete.

  4. A confirmation modal will appear, letting you know that the recording and any clips created will also be deleted.

  5. Select what you would like to delete from the drop-down menu, then type DELETE to confirm.

If the video has multiple parts, the delete modal gives you the option to delete everything in the meeting note, or only the specific part you have selected. You can select the part using the menu in the bottom-right corner of the video.

Set up automatic recording deletion

If you'd like all recordings deleted automatically from within your notes, ask your workspace Administrator to configure Meeting recording auto-deletion in Workspace Settings.

Note: Auto-deletion is only available on the Enterprise plan.
