Re-enable AI features on your workspace

How to set up the AI-powered features

If you had previously disabled AI features for your workspace and you're looking to start using them again, here's a quick walk through on where to find this setting.

Note: you must be an administrator to perform these actions.

  1. First, click on your Workspace logo at the top left corner. Then select Workspace settings > Note Taker & AI

  2. In the Artificial Intelligence section. Turn on the toggle for the AI features you would like to enable; they will turn green once enabled. To enable any of the following features, you need to enable the general AI features toggle. These features include:

    1. Botless recording (currently only available for Mac users)

    2. Note Taker

    3. Zoom Native Capture

    4. Voice matching for hybrid meetings

That's it!

If you'd like to disable the AI features at a later date, you are able to do this from your workspace settings (just like how they would have been enabled). Disabling these features would not delete any information, it will only prevent the future usage of these features.
