If you had previously disabled AI features for your workspace and you're looking to start using them again, here's a quick walkthrough on where to find this setting.
Note: You must be an administrator to perform these actions.
First, click on your Workspace logo at the top left corner. Then select Workspace settings > Recording
Turn on AI features at the top of the page.
Then open Recording methods and turn on the ones you want: Desktop recording, Mobile recording, Zoom native capture, Fellow's bot.
Set up voice matching in the Transcription menu.
That's it!
If you'd like to disable the AI features at a later date, you are able to do this from your workspace settings (just like how they would have been enabled). Disabling these features would not delete any information; it will only prevent the future use of these features.
