How to reactivate your plan

Keep access to your paid features by reactivating before your subscription expires

If your plan has been set to cancel, any workspace admin can reactivate it before the cancellation date to maintain uninterrupted access to paid features.

How to reactivate your plan

  1. Click your company logo in the top left corner of Fellow and select Workspace Settings

  2. Navigate to Plans & Billing in the left sidebar

  3. Look for Subscription ends displayed in red, which shows the date your plan will be downgraded. Click Renew my subscription to reactivate

Already been downgraded to the free plan? If your plan has already lapsed, you'll need to repurchase a paid plan rather than reactivate. You can do this from the same Plans & Billing page.
