Fellow.app Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.

For annual subscriptions, refunds can be provided within 14 days of original purchase or renewal (including any add-ons). We will not provide refunds where the request is initiated more than 14 days from purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our team at [email protected].

Please note:

Disputes or chargebacks filed directly with your credit card company or bank will result in immediate discontinuation of service and suspension of your workspace.

When you cancel a paid Fellow subscription, your workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period. You won't lose any of your data β€” all notes, recordings, and meeting history are preserved. You'll just lose access to the features that are specific to your paid plan.

If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep full access to your paid features until the scheduled end date of your current subscription period.

Note: Only a workspace admin can cancel a subscription.

What Changes After Cancellation

Cancelling a Team plan

  • Due dates will remain locked at their last-set date and can't be updated

  • Note version history will no longer be accessible

  • Premium integrations (Jira, Asana, Zapier, ClickUp, and others) will stop syncing and won't be accessible

  • Shared meeting notes can no longer be created, though existing shared notes remain visible

  • Guest users can no longer be added, and existing guests will lose access

  • Comments and threads can no longer be created; existing comments remain visible and existing threads can still be replied to

  • Public links can no longer be enabled; existing public links will be disabled and return a 404 error

  • Fellow AI features will no longer be accessible

Cancelling a Business plan

All Team plan changes above apply, plus:

  • Note locking is no longer available; existing locked notes stay locked but can't be unlocked

  • Company-wide note templates can no longer be created; existing templates remain accessible

  • Workspace analytics will no longer be accessible

  • Feedback requests and templates [legacy feature] (if included as an add-on) can no longer be created; existing requests and drafts remain accessible

  • Teams and OKRs [legacy feature] (if included as an add-on) will no longer be accessible

Cancelling an Enterprise plan

All Business plan changes above apply, plus:

  • Delegated access will no longer be available

  • Okta and OneLogin SSO integrations will no longer be accessible

  • HRIS syncing (Workday, BambooHR, Namely) will be disconnected; user management will need to be done manually

User Limits After Cancellation

The Free plan supports a maximum of 10 enabled users. If your workspace has more than 10 users at the time of cancellation, a warning banner will appear in Fellow for all team members.

To resolve this, a workspace admin will need to either reduce the number of enabled users to 10 in Workspace Settings > Manage Users, or upgrade to a paid plan. If no action is taken, Fellow will begin automatically disabling users after two weeks.

Checking Your Cancellation Date

You can see exactly when your downgrade takes effect by going to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing. Only workspace admins can access this page.

If you have any questions about your cancellation, reach out via the blue chat bubble or email [email protected].
