Fellow offers five plans: Free, Solo, Team, Business, and Enterprise. All billing is managed from Workspace Settings β Plans & Billing.
Note: Only workspace admins can manage plans and billing.
Upgrade to a paid plan
Click the Upgrade button in the left-hand navigation bar, or go to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing
Choose between monthly or annual billing, then select your plan
Enter your credit card details and billing address. The order summary will show the number of seats and the subscription length
Note: Your bill is based on the number of enabled users in your workspace. To reduce your seat count before purchasing, disable users from Workspace Settings > Manage Users first
Click Subscribe to complete the upgrade. Your new plan will be reflected immediately in the Overview tab of Plans & Billing
View and download invoices
Go to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing.
Click the Invoices tab to see a list of past payments.
Click the PDF option next to any invoice to download a copy.
Update your payment method or billing information
Go to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing
Click the Payment Method tab, then click Change payment info
Update your details and click Update to save

Downgrade or cancel your plan
Go to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing
Select the option to downgrade (View plans) or Cancel your plan
Complete the cancellation form to confirm. Access to your paid plan continues until the end of your current billing cycle

Downloading invoices from the desktop app
To download invoices from the desktop app, you must first be logged into Fellow in your browser. If you've only signed in through the desktop app, log into Fellow.ai in your browser first, then return to the desktop app to complete the download.
