Legacy Plans

What it means to be on a legacy subscription and how to switch to a current plan

Updated this week

If your workspace has a legacy subscription, it means a newer version of your plan is available. Legacy plans remain fully functional, but current plans include updated AI recording credit allocations that better reflect how Fellow works today.

AI recording credits on legacy plans

When the Fellow Note Taker launched, each user on a legacy plan received 5 complimentary AI recording credits to try it out. These credits do not replenish once used.

If your team wants to continue using the Note Taker on a legacy plan, workspace admins can set up the pay-as-you-go option from Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing > Note Taker tab > Edit budget.

How current plans handle AI credits

On current plans, each user receives a base number of AI recording credits every month. The allocation depends on your plan:

  • Solo, Business, and Enterprise: unlimited recording credits per user

  • Team: credits are pooled at the workspace level. For example, 3 users with 10 monthly credits each share a pool of 30 credits to divide however works best for the team

See Fellow's pricing page for a full breakdown of what each plan includes.
