How to Downgrade Your Subscription

Steps to move to a different Fellow plan

If you'd like to downgrade your Fellow subscription, your workspace admin can reach out to the Fellow team to get this sorted. Downgrade requests can't be processed self-serve, but our team can take care of it quickly.

Note: Only a workspace admin can authorise subscription changes.

How to Request a Downgrade

To get started, contact the Fellow team using either of these options:

  • Click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your Fellow account

  • Email the team at [email protected]

The Fellow team will cancel your current subscription and set up the new plan that's right for your workspace.

You can review your current subscription details at any time by going to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing.

Refund Policy

Before submitting your downgrade request, here's what to know about refunds:

  • Monthly plans: refunds are not available on monthly subscriptions.

  • Annual plans: refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Add-ons: refunds for add-ons on annual plans are also available within 14 days of the original purchase date.
