Fellow.app Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions.
For annual subscriptions, refunds can be provided within 14 days of original purchase or renewal (including any add-ons). We will not provide refunds where the request is initiated more than 14 days from purchase.

Please note:
Disputes or chargebacks filed directly with your credit card company or bank will result in immediate discontinuation of service and suspension of your workspace.
If you need to cancel your Fellow subscription, you can do so at any time from your workspace settings. Feedback on why you're leaving is always appreciated - there's an optional step in the flow to share your reason.
Note: Only a workspace administrator can cancel a subscription.
Important: If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace will move to the Free plan. Your data is never deleted unless requested - older notes will simply become inaccessible until the workspace is upgraded again.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Go to Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing
Click Cancel my plan under your Overview
You can either choose to chat with us or select a reason for cancelling, then click Continue to cancellation
You will see a final confirmation before clicking Cancel plan
Your subscription is now cancelled. Your workspace will remain on its current paid plan until the end of the billing period, then move to the Free plan automatically unless you choose to renew your subscription.
Not Ready to Cancel?
If you're cancelling because of cost or team size, there may be a better option. You can downgrade to a different plan, disable users you're not paying for, or switch to annual billing to save.
