Fellow's monday.com integration is a user-level integration that simplifies your task management workflow. Once connected, action items created in Fellow can automatically sync to monday.com keeping task names, due dates, and completion status up to date in both tools. This guide walks you through installing the integration, connecting your account, and syncing action items.

How to Set Up the monday.com Integration
Part 1: Install the Fellow app on monday.com
Before connecting monday.com with Fellow, you'll need to install the Fellow app on your monday.com workspace. Only monday.com workspace admins can complete this step.
Navigate to User Settings and within the pop-up, select the Apps & Integrations tab. Scroll to the Automation section.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper right-hand corner of the monday.com card and press Install.
You'll be prompted to enter the URL of your monday.com workspace, then log in with your monday.com username and password.
If you are a monday.com workspace admin, press Authorize. This allows all users on your monday.com workspace to connect Fellow.
Not a workspace admin? If you don't have admin access, you'll see an error message when attempting to install. Reach out to your monday.com workspace admin to complete this step.
Part 2: Connect your monday.com account
Once the Fellow app has been installed on your monday.com workspace, each user can connect their own account.
Navigate to User Settings and within the pop-up, select the Apps & Integrations tab. Scroll to the Automation section.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper right-hand corner of the monday.com card and press Connect.
Log in to your monday.com account.
Scroll down and press Authorize.
You'll see a confirmation notification at the bottom of the screen, and the card will display Connected.
Syncing Action Items with monday.com
Connect a series to monday.com
If you have a specific series that corresponds to a group in a monday.com board, you can set it up so that all action items created in that stream are automatically sent to the relevant monday.com group.
Visit the relevant series.
Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper right-hand corner and select Series settings from the dropdown.
Select Integrations from the sidebar, then click Monday.com.
Pick the board you'd like to sync with the series, then decide which group action items should go to when they are incomplete or when they are completed.
Press Connect.
Manually link an action item to monday.com
You can also sync individual action items from your meetings directly with monday.com.
Create an action item in Fellow.
Click the three dots (⋮) at the end of the line next to the avatar and select Link to monday.com.
Specify where you'd like the action item to go, including the board and group.
Press Create item the button will turn purple once all the required information has been added.
That's it! The action item will display an icon indicating it has been synced to monday.com. The status (complete/incomplete), due date, and assignee will stay in sync between Fellow and monday.com going forward.
