The Meeting Timer in Fellow shows a live countdown during your meeting so you always know how much time is left. It's a simple way to keep everyone on track, wrap up on time, and make the most of every minute.
How the meeting timer works
Once your meeting starts, you'll see a countdown clock displayed beneath the meeting title in your note. The timer reflects the scheduled duration of the meeting and counts down in real time as the meeting progresses.
As time runs low, the timer changes colour to give you a heads-up:
When 5 minutes remain, the timer turns orange - your cue to start wrapping up and capturing any final action items.
If the meeting runs over time, Fellow will continue to display the timer, now showing how far past the scheduled end time you are.
Ending the meeting in your video conferencing tool will automatically end the meeting in Fellow and generate your recap if the call was being recorded.
