Meeting Stats give you actionable insights into how your meetings are running. Available within the AI Note Taker's meeting recap, these statistics help you understand participation levels, time efficiency, and attendance patterns so you can make informed decisions about how to improve your meetings going forward.
How to Access Meeting Stats
Open the meeting series
From the right-hand sidebar, on the far right side of the page there's a "Meeting Stats" button with a small chart icon. Click that to open the meeting stats panel in the sidebar.
What Each Statistic Measures
Start time and end time
Meeting Stats track when your meeting actually started and ended compared to the scheduled time.
Start time is defined as the time when the last attendee who RSVP'd "yes" joined the meeting.
End time is defined as the time at which the last word in the transcript was spoken.
Views and Viewers
Total time saved and Total views gives you a quick snapshot of how the recap is being used by your team. This helps meeting organizers understand whether individuals who couldn’t attend have caught up using the AI-generated recap.
The Viewers section shows how many people have viewed the meeting recap, including total views and a view count per attendee. Time save is calculated for attendees who missed 80% or more of the meeting or didn’t attend at all, based on how much of the meeting they caught up on through the AI notes.
Participation
Participation tracks the total time each participant spent speaking during the meeting, displayed both as talk time in minutes and as percentage of the total speaking time.
You can use this to understand contribution levels across attendees, encourage more balanced participation in future meetings, or adjust your attendee list to include only the people who actively contribute.
Attendance
The attendance section records the time each meeting attendee joined and left the meeting.
This gives you an accurate log of who attended and when they arrived, which can be helpful for meetings where attendance tracking matters.
