By default, only meeting attendees listed on the calendar invite can see the contents of a note. Their avatars will appear at the top of the note.
Private Notes
Anything written in the Private Notes section is only visible to you. If you share your screen, you can hide private notes by clicking the X button on the top right corner to collapse the panel.
Administrators
Workspace Administrators do not have any additional note visibility permissions. Like all other users, they can only see notes associated with calendar events they are attending, notes explicitly shared with them, and notes they create themselves.
Fellow staff also cannot view your notes or calendar unless permission is explicitly granted through a support request.
External Attendees
External attendees are not able to access notes within Fellow by default. If they click the Fellow link in the calendar invite, they will be directed to the Fellow log-in page.
To share notes with an external attendee, you have two options:
Send Agenda/Notes: send the notes via email as a read-only view using Public Links.
Guest users: grant access to specific notes for external calendar attendees.
Cross-Workspace Sharing: explicitly share the meeting with the external attendee. They'll receive a sharing invite email and can accept your request to collaborate from within both of your Fellow workspaces.
