How to Delete a Duplicate Meeting Note

Remove an unwanted duplicate note without affecting the rest of your meeting

If a duplicate note has been created for a meeting and you no longer need it, you can delete it in just a few clicks. Deleting a note only removes that specific note - it won't affect the meeting itself or any other notes associated with it.

Important: Deleted notes cannot be retrieved, so make sure you're selecting the right one before confirming.

How to delete a duplicate note

  1. Open the duplicate note you want to delete

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the upper right-hand corner of the note

  3. Select Delete Note from the dropdown

That's it - the duplicate note will be removed.
