The Company Filter lets you quickly surface all meetings with a specific external company across your Library and channels - useful for Sales, Customer Success, and anyone who manages ongoing external relationships.

How to apply the company filter

From the Library or a channel

  1. Click the Filters button at the top of any Library page or channel

  2. Select Company from the filter options

  3. Type the email domain you want to filter by, then select it from the dropdown

Once the filter is applied, a company panel appears alongside your results showing:

  • Participants: the email addresses of meeting attendees from that company, drawn from the filtered meetings. Click View meetings next to any email to narrow the view further to calls with that specific person.

  • Recent summary: a summary of the most recent meeting (that has a recap) in the filtered set. Click the link to open that recap directly.

  • CRM panel: if you have a CRM integration connected (HubSpot or Salesforce), relevant CRM objects and fields will appear here. If not, a prompt to connect your CRM will display instead - clicking it opens User Settings > Apps & Integrations.

From quick search

Type a domain into the quick search feature in the top right corner of Fellow to filter directly from there.

Domains that can't be filtered

The following generic email domains are excluded from the company filter:

  • @gmail.com

  • @yahoo.com

  • @hotmail.com

  • @outlook.com

  • @icloud.com

  • @live.com

  • @msn.com

  • @aol.com
