If Fellow emails - such as meeting recaps, agenda reminders, or action item notifications - are consistently landing in your spam or junk folder, it's likely that your organization's email filtering is blocking them.
Here are two steps to resolve it:
Mark the email as safe. Find one of the affected emails in your spam or junk folder and mark it as not spam. This often resolves the issue on its own.
Ask your IT admin to whitelist Fellow's sending domains. If emails continue to go to spam after step 1, contact your workplace IT administrator and ask them to add the following as permitted senders:
fellow.aifellow.appfellow.co
