The Library section is the hub for all your recordings. To access it, click on the Library icon on the bar located on the left-hand side of Fellow. In the Library, you have access to all meetings you’ve been invited to and meetings that have been shared with you in Fellow channels.

Note: This feature is available on Team, Business, Solo and Enterprise Plans.

Search Function

As your recording library gets filled up, you can use the search function to search for any of the recordings using the title of your meeting.

Record via link

Click on the + buttonRecord via link to record using the conference call. If there is no event on your calendar already associated with the URL, a new private calendar event will be created for you to access the meeting notes, recording, and recap.

Uploading an external call

You can upload a video or audio recording to Fellow to generate an AI recap as if your note taker was present. You can link uploads to existing events on your calendar. Learn more about uploads.

Channels

You can create and share channels with other members in your workspace. Channel members will be able to see all the clips and recording recap contents that are published within the channel. This grants them access to the recording, summary, transcript, and agenda.

If you click Browse channels, you can view all the public channels available in your workspace and join the ones you want to be a part of. Learn more about channels.

You can filter your recordings by:
