Updated this week

The My Week page gives you a full week view of your calendar directly in Fellow. From here you can create events, RSVP, edit existing meetings, filter your calendar, and access meeting notes - all in one place.

Create an event

There are two ways to start creating a new event:

  • Click the grey + button near the top left of the calendar view

  • Click directly on a time slot in the calendar where you want the event to appear

From the event creation panel on the right, fill in the details:

  1. Add the event title

  2. Set the date and time

    1. Click the ⋯ (three-dot menu) to set the event as recurring or all-day

  3. Add participants. Fellow will pull their calendars into your view so you can check availability at the same time. You can also search for teammates in the Meet with section before creating the event to compare availability first

  4. Add a conference link and optionally a description by clicking Add a description

  5. If AI features and the Note Taker are enabled on your workspace, toggle on Record and Summarize to have the Note Taker auto-join the call

  6. Click Save.

Meeting filters

Two quick filters are available at the top of the calendar view:

  • No agenda: greys out all meetings that don't have an agenda added in Fellow. The total count of meetings without an agenda appears in parentheses

  • Meetings I organize: greys out all meetings where you're not the organizer, making it easy to spot and manage the events you own. The total count appears in parentheses

Manage existing events

Note: You can only edit events where you're the organizer in Fellow.

  1. Click on any event you organize to manage it

  2. Click the ⋯ (three-dot menu)

  3. Click Edit event

View options

Click View to customize how your calendar displays:

  • Show weekends: adds Saturday and Sunday to your calendar view

  • Show event icons: adds No agenda and Unseen changes icons directly onto calendar events

  • View settings: filter which events appear in your Fellow calendar

  • Hide by keyword: opens User Settings > Preferences where you can add keywords to automatically hide matching events

  • Open calendar settings: opens User Settings > Preferences to manage additional calendar settings, such as adding extra time zones or connecting additional calendars

View meeting notes

Click on any meeting in your Calendar or My Week to open the meeting notes for full view and edit access.
