When your Intercom window is open, it may obscure some of your Fellow screen. To view all the information on your screen, you will need to minimize the Intercom window.
To do that, click on the "X" button beside it. If you do not see the "X" button, it may indicate that your browser or app window is not in full-screen mode, and you will need to expand it. Once expanded, you should be able to locate the "X" and successfully minimize your Intercom window.
