When your Intercom window is open, it may obscure some of your Fellow screen. To view all the information on your screen, you will need to minimize the Intercom window.
To do that, click on the blue downward arrow to minimize it. If you do not see that arrow, it may indicate that your screen is not in full-screen mode, and you will need to expand it. Once expanded, you should be able to locate the arrow and successfully minimize your Intercom window.
