Fellow recognizes its most active users with monthly and quarterly Top User badges. If you've spotted a badge on someone's avatar - or received one yourself - here's everything you need to know.
What Is the Top User Badge?
The Top User badge is awarded to the top 1% of Fellow users across the entire platform. At the end of each month and quarter, Fellow calculates usage metrics across all users and identifies who makes the cut.
Once earned, the badge appears on your avatar in every meeting you attend and at the top of your navigation bar.
There are also a few perks that come with the badge - keep reading to find out how to earn one.
How to Earn a Badge
The exact formula is kept under wraps, but here's what's known:
You need to have used Fellow for the full period. If you sign up part-way through a month, you won't be eligible for the badge for that month, but you'll be in the running for the next one.
The best way to earn the badge is to use Fellow consistently and actively. That means attending your scheduled meetings live using the Fellow app or browser extension, contributing to meeting agendas, and completing your assigned action items.
The more you use Fellow as part of your everyday meeting workflow, the better your chances.
