The AI Analytics Dashboard gives workspace admins a single view of how a team is using Fellow's AI features, including recordings, AI notes, Ask Fellow, and AI-generated action items. Instead of guessing whether AI features are landing, you get a clear, measurable picture of usage and engagement, plus the ability to export and share it in one click.
Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Overview
Who Can See the Analytics Dashboard
Privacy is built into this feature from the start. As a workspace admin, you control who has access.
Go to Settings → Security
Toggle the dashboard to admins only or everyone in the workspace
Change this setting at any time
Visibility and control aren't a trade-off here. You can open the dashboard up to the whole team without losing the ability to restrict it later.
How to Access the Dashboard
Click More in the left panel
Select Analytics
What You Can See in the Dashboard
Recording coverage
Shows how many meetings are getting recorded over time. View this by meeting count or by hours, and break it down by:
Recording method (bot, botless, or Zoom native capture)
Whether the meeting was scheduled in advance or impromptu
Capture rate
Shows the percentage of recordable meetings (any calendar event with a video conferencing link) that actually got recorded. View this for internal meetings, external meetings, or overall.
Engagement
Shows whether people are watching and reading what's been recorded, comparing AI notes viewed against recordings made. Filter by meeting length to see whether shorter calls get watched back more than longer ones. A workspace where meetings are recorded but rarely reviewed tells a different story than one with high engagement.
Ask Fellow usage
Shows how much the team is using Fellow's AI assistant, including messages sent, conversations started, and active users. A leaderboard shows the top 5 people by messages sent.
Use the leaderboard to spot internal champions. If one or two people are getting a lot of value from Ask Fellow while the rest of the team barely uses it, that's a good opening to have them share tips.
Active users
Shows how many people use Fellow on any given day. Toggle off weekends for a cleaner view of the work week.
Members
A sortable, shareable table showing recordings, AI notes, and playback activity for each person in the workspace. Select any individual to drill into their personal usage.
This view is useful for spotting your most engaged users. Sort by any column, or search by name to pull up a specific person's activity.
AI action items
Shows two things:
How many action items are AI-generated versus captured manually
Of the AI-suggested action items, how many were accepted versus left pending
MCP connections
Shows how many integrations are connected across the workspace, how many have actually been used, and the invocation rate. This section always reflects the current total, regardless of the date range selected.
Trailing year activity
A 12-month calendar heat map of daily Fellow activity across active users, recording hours, notes viewed, Ask Fellow messages, AI action items, and total meetings. Like MCP connections, this is independent of the selected date range, so it's always showing the full year.
How to Export Your Data
Click Export in the top right corner to receive an email with a download link containing the full data set
Click the download icon on any individual chart to save it as a PNG directly to your device
Export access follows dashboard access. If the dashboard is open to the whole workspace, everyone can export. If it's restricted to admins, only admins can export.
