Loom brings video messaging to your meetings - no switching tabs, no copy-pasting links after the fact. With Fellow's Loom integration, you can record a video mid-meeting and embed it directly into your meeting note, or drop in a video you've already recorded.

Do I need a Loom account?

You don't need a Loom account to get started. Your first 5 videos are free - after that, you'll be prompted to create a Loom account.

How to record a Loom video from a meeting note

  1. Open the Slash Menu and select Record a video

  2. In the pop-up that appears, click Record with Loom

  3. If prompted, allow your browser access to your camera and microphone

  4. Choose your video settings, then click Start recording

  5. Record your video as you normally would in Loom

  6. When you're done, you'll see a preview of your recording. From here you can open the video in Loom, retake it, or embed it directly into your note

  7. Once embedded, use the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the video to Open in a new tab, Edit media, Add a reaction or comment, or Delete

How to embed a Loom video you've already recorded

If you have an existing Loom video, you can embed it just like any other supported media type - paste the Loom link directly into your note, or use the Slash Menu and select Embed media.
