If your calendar in Fellow isn't showing recent changes β like newly added, rescheduled, or removed meetings β you can manually trigger a sync to pull in the latest updates from your calendar provider.
How to Manually Sync Your Calendar
Navigate to your Calendar view in Fellow.
Scroll to the bottom of the meeting list.
Click the re-sync button to trigger a manual calendar refresh.
Note: If you're in the My Week view, the re-sync button appears there instead of in the calendar view.
Check When Your Calendar Last Synced
You can see the last time your calendar synced by hovering over the re-sync button. This helps confirm whether a recent sync has already been triggered.
Still Having Issues?
If a manual sync doesn't resolve the problem, try the following:
Confirm your calendar is still connected by going to Settings > Apps & Integration.
Disconnect and reconnect your calendar to reset the sync.
Check that the affected meeting still exists in your calendar provider (Google Calendar or Outlook).
If the issue persists after trying these steps, reach out to Fellow's support team for further help.
