Fellow can automatically add quick-access links to your calendar events, making it easy for attendees to jump straight into the meeting notes. These links appear in the event description once someone adds content to the notes for that meeting.
If you're not seeing these links, there are a few things to check.
Check Your Quick Access Link Settings
The most common reason links don't appear is that the setting is turned off in your preferences.
Click the workspace logo in the top-left corner of Fellow.
Select User Settings from the dropdown.
Navigate to Preferences > Behavior.
Look for the quick access link toggle and make sure it's turned on.
From here, you can also control which meetings get links added. If you enable Add for events with only internal attendees, Fellow will skip adding links to any calendar event that includes someone outside your organization.
Links Still Not Showing Up?
If your setting is turned on but links still aren't appearing, the issue is likely related to who added content to the meeting notes first.
Fellow uses the preferences of the first person who adds content to the meeting notes. If that person has the calendar link setting turned off, no link will be added to the event - even if your own setting is turned on.
To resolve this, ask the teammate who typically adds content first to check their settings by following the same steps above. Once their setting is enabled, links will appear for future meetings where they add content first.
