Stop Fellow from Adding Links to Calendar Invites

Turn off this functionality in User settings > Preferences

By default, Fellow adds a link to your meeting notes inside your calendar invites so attendees can access them easily. If you'd prefer to turn this off or limit it to internal meetings only, you can manage this from your user preferences.

  1. Go to User Settings and select the Preferences tab

  2. Scroll down to the Behavior section

  3. Find the Quick access links setting and toggle it off

If you don't want to turn the feature off entirely, you can also choose "Add for events with only internal attendees". This keeps the link for internal meetings but removes it from invites that include external attendees.

Note: the link will not be added to the meeting invite if the meeting organizer of the event has this feature turned off, regardless of your own settings.
