With the Salesforce integration, you can automatically send your client meeting notes and AI recaps to Salesforce, no manual copying required. Notes are sent 3 hours after the meeting ends. If there are no AI recap or written notes in the meeting, nothing will be sent to Salesforce.
How to Set It Up
Open User Settings and select Apps and Integrations
Select Salesforce
If you have not connected the integration before, select Connect and log in to your Salesforce account.
If you have already connected the integration, skip to the next step.
Scroll down to Configurations
Edit the settings to what works best for you. You have the following options:
AI recap and recording link: Choose whether to include the AI recap and a link to the recording in the notes that get sent. Toggle this on or off based on your preference.
Note type: Choose whether to send your notes and AI recap as a Task (Call) or as a Note using the dropdown menu.
Note: You can relate it to a Contact, Lead, Account, or Opportunity.
Task (Call): You can relate it to a Contact or Lead, and/or to an Account, Opportunity, or Case.
Note: Your settings save automatically, there is no need to press save or confirm.
