After the Note Taker records and processes your meeting, the AI Meeting Recap becomes available in your note. It brings together your recording, transcript, summary, action items, and more - all in one place.
Recording
Watch back your meeting using the built-in video player alongside your AI notes and transcript.
Shrink the video player
Reduce the size of the video player so the controls stay visible while you scroll through your notes and transcript - making it easy to review both side by side.
Skip forward or backward
Use the on-screen controls or keyboard shortcuts to jump forward or backward by 10 seconds at a time.
Keyboard shortcuts:
J: skip back 10 seconds
L: skip forward 10 seconds
K: pause or play
Arrow keys: adjust playback speed and volume
Auto-skip paused and redacted sections
If a recording contains a pause or a redacted segment longer than 3 seconds, Fellow automatically skips past it after a brief delay - so you don't need to manually scrub ahead.
Note: Pauses or redactions shorter than 3 seconds will play through as normal.
Create clips
Select the scissors icon at the bottom of the video player to create a clip. Scrub to the section you want, or enter timestamps manually. The transcript updates in real time to preview exactly what will be included before you save the clip.
Transcript
Read through the full transcript or enable auto-scroll to sync it with the video as it plays.
Key events
Key events are marked on the video timeline and in the transcript. These include moments when attendees joined or left the call, and when screen sharing started or ended.
Comments
Workspace members with access to the recap can add comments directly on the transcript or recording to continue the conversation after the meeting.
Comments can be targeted to specific individuals or groups - so you can keep feedback visible only to the right people.
Once added, comments appear inline in both the transcript and the recording timeline. You can edit, delete, or mark any comment as resolved at any time.
Summary
The AI-generated meeting summary is available under the AI Note tab. Click the pencil icon to edit it if needed.
Action items and decisions
AI-extracted action items and decisions are found in the AI Note tab and can be edited directly.
Meeting stats
The Meeting Stats section gives you a snapshot of how the meeting ran, including:
Start time: when the last required attendee who accepted the invite joined
End time: when the last word in the transcript was spoken
Viewers: users who have watched the recap
Participation: the percentage of total speaking time for each attendee
Attendance: the time each attendee joined and left, as recorded by the Note Taker
