Share the meeting recordings you get from your AI Note Taker with anyone. You can set this to be done automatically or just send them manually.

Note: this feature is available on the Team, Solo, Business, and Enterprise plans.

Send your recording automatically

User Level

Save time by automating the sharing of your meeting recordings. You'll just have to head into your User settings and click into the Note Taker tab. From here, select if you would like to auto-share Note Taker recordings with:

  1. All meeting invitees: all participants included on the corresponding calendar event

  2. Only invitees from your org: participants on the calendar event who have an email domain owned by your organization regardless if they are in your Fellow workspace or not

  3. Only Fellow users: participants on the calendar event who are also part of your Fellow workspace

  4. No one: no email recaps will be sent

Meeting Series Level

  1. Head to your meeting note and click on the 3-dot menu in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. From the drop-down menu, click on Settings.

  3. From there, open your Automations tab and click Configure next to Send Recap.

  4. In this section, you can choose to send this specific meeting series to all meeting attendees, only attendees from your org, or only Fellow users.

*Sharing the recording with external attendees who are not guest users will not grant them access to view and collaborate within the meeting note itself.*

Send your recording manually

Share your meeting recap by going to your meeting event and:

  1. Click the Share button in the note.

  2. Then choose the Send via email option to email it out to whoever should receive it.

  3. You can add the emails of the people you want to receive this recording, and click on send it by email.

    1. You can also copy the link and share it with the people you want. Just make sure you set the right access on it before sharing the link.
