Each time the AI Note Taker successfully records a meeting, an AI credit is used. AI credits are pooled at the workspace level, meaning all members of a workspace share the same pool of credits. When the Note Taker is invited to join a meeting, the credit is drawn from this shared pool.
The number of AI credits available depends on the Fellow plan.
Free plan: each user receives 5 AI recordings for the lifetime of their account
Team plan: each user received 10 AI recordings per month
Solo, Business and Enterprise plan: recordings are unlimited
If two workspaces are using the Note Taker - which workspace is responsible for the credits used?
Fellow uses a recording credit from the workspace that enabled or schedules the recording. The credit is always deducted from the workspace that initiated the Note Taker.
If the external workspace is on a different plan or does not have recording credits available, the meeting can still be recorded as long as the initiating workspace has credits remaining.
Who can access the recording?
The recording is automatically attached to the meeting note that belongs to the workspace that initiated the recording.
When collaborating on the same note with users from an external workspace, the meeting recording is shared automatically with that note.
