When editing a long note, you may need to select content that extends beyond what's currently visible on screen. If scrolling while selecting doesn't seem to work, the fix is to keep dragging your cursor past the edge of the note frame.
If you're scrolling down, click and hold to start your selection, then drag your cursor below the formatting toolbar.
On the other hand, when you're scrolling up, click and hold to start your selection, then drag your cursor all the way up toward the meeting title at the top of the note.
