After having the your AI Note Taker record, transcribe and summarize your meeting, you'll see the Meeting Recap in your note. You'll just need to click on it to display all the details.
Using this window, you'll be able to see the following features:
Watching Video Recordings in Your AI Recap
Get more out of your meeting recordings by using the video player alongside your AI notes and transcript.
What you can do in the video player
Shrink the video player
You can reduce the size of the video player so the controls stay visible while you scroll through your AI notes and transcript. This makes it easier to watch and review your meeting content side by side without having to switch between views.
Skip forward or backward
Use the on-screen controls or keyboard shortcuts to jump forward or backward by 10 seconds at a time.
Keyboard shortcuts:
J — skip back 10 seconds
L — skip forward 10 seconds
K — pause or play
Arrow keys — increase or decrease playback speed and volume
Auto-skip paused and redacted sections
If a recording contains a pause or a redacted segment longer than 3 seconds, Fellow will automatically skip past it after a 3-second delay. You don't need to manually scrub ahead — the player will jump to where the content resumes.
Note: Redacted sections are skipped in the same way as paused sections. If a pause or redaction is shorter than 3 seconds, it will play through as normal.
Create clips
You can create clips from your meetings by selecting the scissors icon at the bottom of your video recording. You can scrub to the specific points you want to clip, or manually enter the timestamps you want to clip. When creating a clip, the transcript updates in real time to reflect the section you've selected. This gives you a clear preview of what will be included in your clip before you save it.
Transcription
Read through the transcript or use auto-scroll to sync with the video.
Comment
All users with an account on your workspace who have access to the recap can comment on the transcript and recording to keep the conversation going seamlessly after a meeting.
They can also target those comments to only be visible to individuals or groups of people.
Once the comment is added, it will appear as shown in the image below in the transcript and the recording.
You can then edit, delete, or mark the comment as resolved.
Summary
Check out the summary under highlights. You can edit the summary by clicking on the pencil icon.
Chapters
You can find your recording broken into chapters in your Chapters tab. Chapters will auto-expand and auto-scroll as the video plays. You can also click on the chapter you want to jump to it in the video or click on the forward or backward arrows to move between chapters.
In the Recordings library view, you can also edit these by clicking on the pencil icon.
Action items and decisions:
Action items and decisions will also be found in Highlights and they can be edited if needed.
You can add action items to your note by clicking on the square plus button next to it. You will need to add action items to your note if you want to sync them to an integration like Asana or Trello.
Key events
See key events on the video timeline and the transcript. You'll be able to see when you joined or left the call, when anybody started/ended sharing their screen.
Meeting Stats
Find statistics that can help you understand how effective and efficient your meeting was. Here you'll be able to see:
Start time: The time at which the last required attendee who RSVPed “yes” joined the meeting.
End time: The time at which the last word in the transcript finished being spoken.
Participation: The percentage of the total amount of speaking time for each attendee in the meeting.
Attendance: The time each attendee joined and left according to the bot.
