When you are logged into Fellow, a blue chat bubble should appear in the bottom left corner of the screen. This is how you access the Fellow support team. If you can't see it, an ad blocker is most likely hiding it.
To confirm if this is what is happening, we’d suggest taking a look at your ad blocker’s activity log or blocked content list. Then look for anything being blocked from Segment. Please allow Segment to pass through and reload Fellow. The chat bubble should now appear in the bottom left corner.
