The Fellow mobile app gives you access to the same core Fellow experience you use on desktop - just adapted for a smaller screen. Navigation, layouts, and workflows are all designed to feel natural on mobile, so you can stay on top of your meetings whether you're at your desk or on the go.
What You Can Do on Mobile
Fellow mobile includes all of Fellow's core flows, so there's no need to switch back to desktop for day-to-day meeting work. Here's what's available:
AI meeting notes: automatic transcription and AI-generated summaries for your meetings
Meeting recording: record meetings directly from your phone, including botless recording (more on this below)
Action items: view, create, and manage action items from any meeting
Meeting library: access your full history of past meetings, notes, and recordings
Collaborative agendas: build and edit agendas with your team before meetings
1-on-1s: run structured 1-on-1s and access your shared notes on the go
Record Meetings from Your Phone
One of the most useful things about Fellow mobile is the ability to record meetings directly from your device - including using botless recording. This means you don't need a bot to join the call; your phone captures the audio directly.
This is especially handy for impromptu or in-person meetings where you don't have your laptop nearby. Just open Fellow, start a recording, and let Fellow handle the rest - transcription, AI summary, and action items will all be generated automatically once the recording ends.
A Note on Feature Availability
While Fellow mobile covers all core meeting workflows, some advanced settings - particularly workspace and admin configuration - may not be available on mobile. Where this is the case, it will be noted in the relevant Help Center article for that feature.
