We're rolling out updates to Fellow to make your usage even more intuitive and effective! Our goal is to simplify the user experience, helping you get insights from your meetings faster and making it easier for new teammates to get up and running with the platform.
What changes can you expect?
You'll notice several enhancements designed to improve usability and visual appeal:
A more focused meeting view that prioritizes the recap and transcript

How can I access the new interface?
We're offering the new interface to a small group to start. If you're part of this group, you'll be able to toggle on the new interface in your User Settings. Once you've toggled this setting, the changes will be applied, allowing you to immediately experience the new interface.
Will I be able to switch back to the previous interface?
Yes! We understand that adapting to new interfaces takes time, and we want to ensure a smooth transition. During our Early Access period, you'll have the flexibility to switch back to the previous interface at any time through your User Settings. Only after we’ve completed user testing, and have confidence in the new experience will we consolidate everyone to the new interface.
What about my existing data and notes?
Rest assured, all your existing data, notes, and meeting content will be completely preserved and seamlessly integrated into the new interface. Our updates are primarily focused on improving the visual presentation and organization of information, not on altering your content. Your data remains secure and accessible.
How will these updates affect the public recap view?
The public view of your meeting recaps will remain unchanged in this initial release. We want to ensure the highest level of confidence and stability in the new interface before extending it to your external partners or customers. This allows us to gather feedback and make any necessary refinements without impacting how you share information.

In the coming weeks, we plan to release updates to navigation and other pages across the app to this same group.
