We're rolling out updates to Fellow to make your usage even more intuitive and effective! Our goal is to simplify the user experience, helping you get insights from your meetings faster and making it easier for new teammates to get up and running with the platform.
What changes can you expect?
You'll notice several enhancements designed to improve usability and visual appeal:
A more focused meeting view that prioritizes the recap and transcript
Streamlined navigation for easier access to what you need
Consolidated settings and sharing to minimize complexity
Will I be able to switch back to the previous interface?
Unfortunately, switching back to the old view isn't something we're able to offer anymore. However, here's a short guide that walks through where things moved and how to get back to the workflow you're used to.
What about my existing data and notes?
Rest assured, all your existing data, notes, and meeting content will be completely preserved and seamlessly integrated into the new interface. Our updates are primarily focused on improving the visual presentation and organization of information, not on altering your content. Your data remains secure and accessible.
How will these updates affect the public recap view?
The public view of your meeting recaps will remain unchanged in this initial release. We want to ensure the highest level of confidence and stability in the new interface before extending it to your external partners or customers. This allows us to gather feedback and make any necessary refinements without impacting how you share information.

Yes! We're starting by sharing updates to the Meeting View with our Early Access group. In the coming weeks, we plan to release updates to navigation and other pages across the app to this same group. By toggling the new interface on in your User Settings, you'll receive these further updates as they become available.
