The Note Taker can be configured to join your meetings automatically, but there are times when you may need to invite it manually, like for ad-hoc calls or if the Note Taker didn't join as expected. You can invite the Note Taker to any Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom call by entering your meeting URL directly in Fellow.
Note: Our Note Taker won't be able to record, transcribe, or summarize your call until it has been accepted into the call by a meeting participant, so be sure to admit it!
How to Manually Invite the Note Taker
Option A: From the recordings library
Click Library in the left-hand navigation panel to open your recordings library.
Click the + button at the top right of the navigation panel
Click the Record via link from the menu
Paste the meeting link into the text box and click Start Recording
Option B: From the microphone icon
Click the microphone icon from the navigation panel at the bottom left .
Click the Record via link from the menu
Paste the meeting link into the text box and click Start Recording
