Record and Transcribe Your Meetings

Fellow's AI Note Taker automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings with human-level accuracy in 93 languages. After the meeting ends, it generates a summary, transcript, decisions, and action items as part of your Meeting Recap - so you can be present without missing any details.

Give You Control Over Your Data

Unlike most AI note-takers, Fellow gives you real control over your meeting data. You decide what gets recorded, what gets shared, and who has access. If a conversation turns sensitive, you can pause recording mid-meeting. If you want to share a recap but need to remove certain details first, you can redact them before sending.

Connect With the Tools You Already Use

Because Fellow integrates with over 50 tools, your meeting data flows directly into the systems your team relies on - whether that's your CRM, project management tool, or communication platform. For teams with more specific needs, Fellow also offers an API and an MCP server.

Meet Enterprise Security Standards

Fellow meets enterprise-grade security and compliance standards including SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA, so it's a tool you can adopt with confidence - whether you're evaluating it individually or rolling it out across a team.

So how does Fellow do this?

Fellow is comprised of several main components that interact with one another.

Fellow AI Note Taker: Fellow’s AI Note Taker automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings with human-level accuracy. After the meeting ends, the Note Taker will generate an accurate summary, transcript, decisions and action items as part of the Meeting Recap.

Ask Fellow: Ask Fellow is Fellow’s built-in AI assistant, able to answer any questions you have about your meetings. For example, you can return from vacation and ask “What happened at the last marketing meeting?” or you could ask for the latest updates on a particular project. Ask Fellow searches through your entire transcription and notes history to find the answer.

Recordings Library: Access all your meeting recordings in one location.

1-on-1s: a space for direct reports and their managers to collaborate on an agenda, have a history of past discussions, log feedback, and work on the relationship itself. There are suggested topics if you are struggling with what to talk about and smart insights to help ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Meetings: a space to collaborate on a meeting agenda and assign clear action items so each meeting attendee walks away from the meeting knowing what was achieved and what comes next.

Action items page: an aggregation of all your action items, both AI generated and manually created, from meetings, 1-on-1, and note series all in one place. There's also the ability to sort, search and add due dates, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.
