My Team View

A central view for managers to review their team's external calls.

Updated this week

My Team View gives managers a dedicated place to see all external calls completed by their direct reports in the past 30 days, all in one place. It's designed to help Sales and Customer Success leaders surface conversations across their team, identify opportunities for coaching, and prepare for more effective 1-on-1s.

Note: This feature is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

What My Team View shows

My Team View displays external calls completed by the people in your reporting line. The view is hierarchical - if your reports also have direct reports, you'll see their calls too. For example, if Amin manages Shannon and Shannon manages you, Amin sees external calls from all three people; Shannon sees calls from herself and you only.

Note: This view only shows meetings you already have access to. It does not grant access to any private meetings or recordings. If you don't have direct reports set up in Fellow, the My Team tab will not appear in your library.

How to access My Team View

  1. Navigate to your Meeting Library

  2. Select the My Team tab

  3. Browse or search to review your team's external calls from the past 30 days

Understanding the analytics panel

Each team member's activity is summarized in a side panel alongside their calls. For each person you manage, you can see:

  • The number of external calls they completed in the past 30 days

  • Their average talk time across those calls

Note: If a team member's username in Fellow differs from their name in their call provider (e.g. Zoom or Teams), their talk time may not be attributed correctly in the panel.
