Note: This is an Enterprise plan feature available only to workspace administrators.
The Workspace Audit Log provides a centralized record of all user activity within your Fellow workspace. This audit trail helps security teams prevent suspicious activity, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. From user logins to integration changes, every action is tracked with timestamps and user details, giving administrators complete visibility into workspace activity.
Important: This article covers the general Workspace Audit Log. For information about API request logging, see Developer API.

Filtering and Searching Logs
By default, the audit log displays activity for your entire workspace. You can filter to focus on specific areas:
Filter by User
Search for a specific user to see all their activity:
Click on the User filter dropdown
Search for or select the user you want to review
The log will show only that user's activity
Filter by Activity Type
Search for specific types of actions:
Click on the Activity filter dropdown
Select one or multiple activity types (e.g., "Delegated user enabled")
Use multi-select to compare related activities (e.g., "Users login/logout" and "Delegate access added/removed")
Try filtering for:
Login/logout patterns to identify unusual access
Integration changes to track workspace configuration
Delegated access modifications for security compliance
Workspace setting changes to understand configuration history
Exporting Audit Log Data
You can export audit log data as a CSV file for compliance reporting or external analysis:
Set your desired filters (user, activity type, date range)
Click the Export button in the upper right corner
The CSV file will download with the filtered results
Important limitation: There is a 30-day maximum on the date range, so you can only export 30 days of data at a time. For longer periods, you'll need to export multiple files.
Data Retention
Audit log data is retained according to Fellow's standard retention policies. The export feature allows you to download up to 30 days of historical data at a time.
For organizations with specific compliance requirements around audit log retention (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR), contact your Fellow account team to discuss your data retention needs.
