You can add your company’s unique terms, industry jargon, product names, etc., to improve accuracy on the transcription the Note Taker completes. This ensures that your meeting recaps capture your conversations correctly and consistently.
This is especially useful for teams with industry-specific terminology or internal acronyms that standard transcription services may not recognize. Custom Vocabulary words will be recognized during the transcription process, making your notes and recaps clearer and more accurate. In addition, your workspace name, calendar attendees, and speaker names are automatically used in the transcription.
Adding Custom Vocabulary
At a workspace level:
Go to your Workspace Settings.
Navigate to Note Taker & AI → Custom Vocabulary.
Add the words or phrases you’d like to include.
Save your list. These words will now be prioritized in transcription across your workspace.
At a user level:
Go to your User Settings.
Navigate to Note Taker → Custom Vocabulary.
Add the words or phrases you’d like to include.
Save your list. These words will now be prioritized in transcription in your account exclusively.
Your custom words will be applied to AI transcription, summaries, and insights so that they better reflect your discussions.
