ClickUp Integration

Fellow's ClickUp integration is a user-level integration that helps streamline everyday task management

With this integration, you can:

  • Select which ClickUp Workspace to stay in sync with

    • Sync a specific Note Series with a specific ClickUp space, folder, and/or list

  • Automatically create ClickUp tasks from Fellow action items assigned to you

  • Automatically keep task names, due dates, and status (complete/incomplete) in sync between Fellow and ClickUp

Connecting ClickUp and Fellow

  1. To set-up, go to User Settings --> Apps & Integrations. You'll find the ClickUp integration card located in the Automation row. Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner and click Connect.

  2. Select the ClickUp workspace that you would like to connect to Fellow. Click Connect Workspace.

  3. Once connected, you'll see the card updated to reflect this.


Once ClickUp has been connected, you'll be able to sync individual action items to ClickUp or link an entire Note Series.

Syncing all Action Items from a Note Series to ClickUp

Stay on top of all tasks from a meeting series by pushing your action items automatically to a ClickUp list!

  1. Head to the meeting series you're looking to connect. From the three dot menu, head in to settings

  2. Next, select the Intregrations tab then select ClickUp

  3. Here you'll be prompted to select where you would like to send these action items to within your ClickUp workspace. Once this information has been selected, click Connect.

  4. You will then see a confirmation page of where all of these action items will be sent automatically. This can be disconnected at any time by selecting Disconnect.

Syncing Individual Action Items to ClickUp

Keep all your todo lists in sync by linking the action items that come up in meetings directly with your other tasks in ClickUp. One way to do this is by sending action items assigned during meetings directly to your ClickUp space, folder, or list.

  1. Create an action item in Fellow. Click on the three dots at the end of the line

  2. Select Link to ClickUp...

  3. Choose where you would like the action item to go in ClickUp by selecting the space, folder, and list. Press Create task

  4. That's it! That action item will show up with an icon demonstrating that it has been synced to ClickUp. Now the status (complete/incomplete), the due date, and assignee will stay in sync with ClickUp.
